Pros

Freedom to make your own way. Surrounded by truly exceptional people. Always multiple opportunities to grow and advance your career

Cons

Spits out 'different' people very quickly, especially senior ones. The social element is great, but tends to Marxist propaganda at times which is disappointing. Work/Life balance can tip massively to work and indeed frequently does.
