+ Excellent projects + Varied cutting edge technologies on projects + Very active in the Social/Community space - this is a big win + Experience several projects over a short period of time + Laid back work culture + Very good personal and work life balance supported
Cons
+ Not transparent + Do not recognize good work + Compensation, Promotions, Travel all seem to be based on random rules. Its very hard to rule out favoritism + People are still resources to be placed on projects + Senior Management needs to be more receptive to client and employee feedback + There are smart people everywhere, as a company we need to learn to value experience, rather than eliminate it. + Don't value context and expertise within the company, project. + Review process seems like the decisions are made before the review anyway. Very very discouraging.
