Pros

Great Work Culture and Growth... Lots of emphasis on values... Interesting and smart colleagues to work with... Flexibility in all aspects of office life...

Cons

Should pay more... I don't think there is any other con in the company besides this. It pretty much hires the best people so it should pay them accordingly

At ThoughtWorks, you get to work with some of the best people in industry. Also, you get to work with different technologies and practices like TDD and Pair programming.

Cons

At ThoughtWorks, you might need to do lot of travel as an Agile coach or consultant. Depending on your family situation, this may or may not work out easily.
