Pros

Work from home, colleagues, flexibility.

Cons

No salary increases. The OPS department is probably the most undervalued. The salaries are the lowest, there are no growth opportunities. Lot of micromanagement. Toxic atmosphere. Layoffs!

Pros

The interviewers were professional and focused strongly on clean code, refactoring, readability, and good engineering practices.

Cons

Thoughtworks does not have its own product in the same way a product company does, so it may lack long-term product ownership and product-team thinking.
