Pros

Flexible, because they don't have any projects so you will end up being on bench always

Cons

Don't have projects, staffing team have zero knowledge about where the employee fits, you have zero control on getting a client, if the company doesnt get a client for you, it's your mistake and they fire you like they did with me and some of my fellow mates, AVOID TW
