Pros

The people are amazing! I have worked with the best people ever. Every single team I have worked with has been very collaborative, no nonsense, hard working, dedicated and just overall very good people. There are a lot of events you can help organise if that's something you like. Also lots of mentoring opportunities.

Cons

Its a good place to work if you enjoy coding and technology.

Pros

There are many amazing people to learn from and a wide variety of projects with different technology stacks in different industries. I learned many best practices of software development from my time at ThoughtWorks.

Cons

You can’t always be staffed on an ideal project. Traveling can be a downside depending on the person.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you found your time here to be rewarding! We hear you about staffing and travel. We're always trying to strike the right balance between our clients' needs with ThoughtWorkers' career goals and interests. With travel, it can be challenging at times, but we know it provides strong support for our clients to have our teammates onsite with them. We hope that the improvements we've made to our travel program have helped. Thanks again!
