Pros

Every client assignment and project is different, but because individual teams are typically small and have daily check ins, there's a pretty awesome opportunity to learn quickly from more senior developers.

Cons

The employer 401k match is generous, but it takes 4 years to fully vest.

Pros

Like-minded colleagues through extensive interviewing process. Smart people that love to share their knowledge. High amount of trust and support.

Cons

Travel intensive work. Hidden social hierarchy. Rarely getting to work with colleagues from the same company. (much more frequent to be spending most time with client)
