Pros

Small team environment, work close with executives, product is exceptional, good location downtown SF.

Cons

No specialization - Reps are responsible for the entire funnel and renewals with little to no support. Not a strategic sales opportunity - Dialing for dollars - Throw spaghetti at the wall and see what sticks Not a professional environment - Disconnect between executives and market demand - Huge enterprise customers but mid market to SMB struggles - Most companies won't go under if they don't have the technology and you'll more often than not see companies walk away impressed but not compelled to buy because their really isn't much that a small to medium size company can do with the data collected.

Pros

The smartest people I ever worked with. Founders are great guys, clever and caring about employees. The environment is really friendly, creative, young and talented. Office is full of perks such as stocked kitchen, catered lunches, 360 degrees view of downtown San Francisco and games/toys everywhere. If you'd like to try the challenges of a startup, this is definitely the place to be. Flexibility is required to fulfil the many needs of a young and quickly growing company. Very different environment (much more dynamic and fun) if compared to a corporate. Everyone knows everyone, tasks are completed quickly and efficiently, no time to waste time. Definitely a great place to work!

Cons

Not sure I can think about cons at the moment.

Pros

The most hard working sales reps I have ever worked with.

Cons

start-ups are start-ups and all the things that a big company has in place take time. Things have to be built and they are built with trial and error.
