Pros

1. Visionary technology that automatically puts you in the 'trusted advisor' position when speaking to customers. Genuine customer 'wow' moments are plentiful and we are solving substantial and relevant challenges for our customers. 2. Huge market opportunity globally and here in EMEA as we build out a team. 3. People here are smart, experienced and decent.

Cons

Like any pre-IPO company, there are challenges as we scale and it can seem like there aren't enough hours in the day to get everything done.

Pros

Outstanding, innovative technology that solves a number of relevant problems in the enterprise space, ThousandEyes fills a big gap in the market. High calibre senior staff team, very high bar for recruiting talent, outstanding backers, fantastic customer list, great potential for growth, great environment to work in. If you work here expect to improve, you will need to in order to match the company you keep. Everyone in the company brings something, people behave with respect and integrity, values which are driven from the top down, the senior staff team lead by example and work as hard if not harder than any individual contributor. Support is available on tap, everyone is listened to, and treat with consideration. All in all a great place to work, excellent culture and a genuine chance to change the world in a positive way through outstanding technology and innovation, delivered with simplicity.

Cons

The usual tech startup cons, when selling to enterprise companies, it is sometimes challenging to get in the door but once in watch the tech blow people away. If you work hard the rewards and recognition are there, if you are a lazy slacker looking for a free lunch, go and work somewhere else, everyone must contribute to the success of the company.
