      Pros

      Good people and culture is great.

      Cons

      You will run you car into the dirt. Better have some savings becuase you wont make money for a while. No cold calling, but the leads are far from quality. You will use your own gas your own cell phone your own laptop heck you even pay for insurance to protect the company.

      Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry that you didn't have a better experience within your specific role. As a System Design Specialist (Sales Rep) you do provide your own vehicle and going forward, we provide a mileage reimbursement to all employees in this role. We want to make sure each of our customers have a great experience, so we don't give estimates over the phone, instead, we have each of them sit down with a trained and certified representative from our company so they know they are getting the right education and solution for whatever problem they have in or around their home.

      Pros

      Thrasher is a great place to work! They treat you like family! Respect you! Very organized organization. This is one company that will make you a better person at work and at home. I was very pleased how I was treated there. Management has the correct intentions for every employee. You will become more hungry, humble and smart working there!

      Cons

      I really can’t think of any. The only thing I could say is more video conferencing. The drive from Kansas to Nebraska is long!

      Pros

      Thrasher has grown a lot and is settling into their new structure and size. They have figured out how to balance the needs of individuals to feel connected and manage as a larger organization. While not perfect, the company tries to make individuals the best they can be.

      Cons

      This is a fast paced environment with high expectations. If you do not like responsibility or high expectations you will not like working at Thrasher. It is not a place where you can hide or coast as an employee.
