      Pros

      At Thrasher you aren't just another number, you're apart of the family. They really do care about their employees and their families. They have great benefits after you complete your 90 days, and training is well thought out. You don't feel left in the dark about things and if you are unsure no one makes you feel like you asked a dumb question

      Cons

      Not really a con, but you will be challenged everyday to bring your A game and to push yourself to better and grow as a person.

      Pros

      Thrasher was awesome to work for. The culture is amazing. Sometimes the expectations can be a little out there, and Customers will occasionally be let down, but the company does everything to make it right.

      Cons

      The pay isn't as high as competitors 50% out of town travel is hard on families

As I’m sure you know, travel helps ensure everyone works full time and year round to have steady pay and benefits. We have worked to significantly cut it back over the last few years. In 2022, average travel was less than 20% in a month. As for compensation, we know we are different than most with our bonus program, but we believe it allows our employees to think like business owners and be rewarded.
