      A bit cult like

      Pros

      I liked having food options on-site and the benefits are decent. It also is a very nice office.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a bit cult-like. It's heavily geared to impressing the crews who do the work. It's not a good environment for people who are used to having flexible work schedules in an office environment. It's a butts-in-seats and 8-5 type of place.

      I am challenged to be my best self every day. Great people who are fun to work with. Amazing compensation and benefits. Leadership is authentic and vulnerable.

      Thrasher is growing and change can be hard for some.
