They treat their customers well and make sure you have what you need to do the job. Benefits are good.

Cons

They put customers before employees. The pay is not great. It's like being back at highschool, lots of cliques.

Lots of freedom to work in between appointments and not a office job

lots of driving, and lots of changes to pay plans

Thanks for your response. I am glad you feel that you have the freedom and autonomy in your role. As we grow, we are working to add more System Design Specialist (Sales Reps) at each location so that travel does go down or drive time between appointments. I would love to hear your feedback on our pay plan as we have been operating on the same one for a handful of years now with minimal tweaks.
