Be weary if applying for any "sales" related job. They use bait and switch tactics. Will put you in a position you did not apply for and call it "sales"

Pros

Good people, treated with respect, and very employee-focused. The labor is intensive, but fulfilling, and your fellow crew members are some that you enjoy spending time with. I’ve never seen a company with such a great culture and employee focus before. I definitely recommend.

Cons

It is long hours. Working about 10-12 hours every day. And in addition, the pay isn’t excellent, but good.
