      They show no loyalty to anyone except management. They desperately want to be a large corporation, but spew the family-owned BS down every body's throats.

      Pros

      Warm leads given to sales reps. Quality sales process. Excellent Training. Best products in the industry. Uncapped earning potential.

      Cons

      Provide your own tools, phone, vehicle, laptop, printer. Leadership is constantly expecting unrealistic numbers from sales. Local management teams are just puppets for upper management. As soon as they figure out how to make more money by letting you go and keeping the lion's share of commissions earned, they will without hesitation.
