Hi, thank you for your review. We appreciate you mentioning our compensation and benefit opportunities. As for the travel, in Wichita sales, the high end of travel has been 25% which is 2 nights in a 2 week span. As you probably know, travel helps ensure everyone works full time and year round and qualifies for benefits and steady paychecks (no layoffs).
