      Tremendous People and Integrity

      Pros

      There are many pros ... great wages, great benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Equally important this is a company that cares about their employees, both personally and professionally. Integrity is vital, and those who succeed here for any length of time know it and feel it. This is a high-energy workplace with a lot of fantastic people; it's easy to make friends and have fun while doing fulfilling work.

      Cons

      This isn't a con for the company, but it is a truth for others to consider ... this is often a fast-paced environment, and expectations are high. Many people thrive on that, and I'm lucky enough to be one of them. Those who do not like to work hard and do not have high expectations of themselves will not find success or happiness here. If you do, though, it's totally worth it.

      A bit cult like

      Pros

      I liked having food options on-site and the benefits are decent. It also is a very nice office.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a bit cult-like. It's heavily geared to impressing the crews who do the work. It's not a good environment for people who are used to having flexible work schedules in an office environment. It's a butts-in-seats and 8-5 type of place.
