      Pros

      Year round work, some traveling which I like, Brotherhood type environment, very saftey minded and an excellent record. Steady wage increase, room for advancement.

      Cons

      Company has grown a lot over the last 8 years I've been there, this means less interaction with the owners and I feel we may be becoming more of a number than a name.
