The management has put all inexperienced people in positions they are not ready for. This is so they can do whatever they want the these employees will follow

Pros

People were great - always have a couple of toxic employees who cause issues but for the most part, good environment & great people

Cons

can be hard to schedule priorities due to sudden influxes of work - but that's not all bad!
