Pros

The CEO hardly ever comes into the office.

Cons

The CEO is a buffoon who has promoted inexperienced and unknowledgeable employees into management positions they do not deserve and are not ready for. Any employee who does not have Manager in their title is underpaid, disrespected, ignored, de-valued, and under-paid. Health benefits are very expensive and do not align to the salaries of employees.
