Pros
Have a had a great experience with my crew! Very glad to work alongside other leaders I can continue to learn from. All jobs come with trials and occasional disruptions but overall people are supportive and understanding. They want you to succeed so the company can succeed.
Cons
Some departments are still in the process of cultivating a team atmosphere so it can be hard to collaborate but the management is on top of it and alls continually trying to improve the processes.
