Pros
The organization is powered by EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), the business management approach outlined in the book “Traction.” For a company of its age, I have been impressed to see the level of discipline and structure it has, making it one of the must functional and focused organizations I’ve worked in, over the last 25 years. At the same time, one of its core values, “Cultivate Joy” strongly resonates. The level of solidarity around people’s wins and challenges is remarkable, making it a very open and supportive culture.
Cons
So far, I have not encountered any that stand out to me.

Pros
The team is small but mighty. Lots of great people to work with, exciting changes happening all the time! Management is very serious about creating a stellar culture and truly focused on values. The product they are making is interesting and helps a lot of people too!
Cons
Because it's a smaller organization, you have to be able to roll with systems and processes that are new--sometimes there will be glitches because everything is being built from the ground up and the wrinkles are still being ironed out.
