Pros

Work from home, excellent company vision such as personal happiness and cultivating joy in the work place, your input is valuable and our clients are awesome.

Cons

I have to pick something so I guess I'll say you have to roll up your sleeves and be ready to be part of a smaller team.

The people here are second to none. Really solid team.

Cons

Startup environment can make it a little bit of a rollercoaster sometimes, so you have to be ready to go with the flow

Pros

I joined Thrivable in May 2022. I still feel amazed at the caliber of the organization, the team, and the culture. Founded and run on the principles of the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), I struggle to think of a place as functional and delightful to work in at our stage, with 4 years in business, a 20+ people team, and having recently closed $6M in funding led by North Coast Ventures. We live our values every day, and the behaviors that drive those values are modeled by everyone, starting with our CEO and founder.

Cons

Baked into the way we operate is the ability to question ourselves when we see we're not heading in the right direction. I don't have anything I would change about Thrivable at this point.
