Every ABA clinic has its cons honestly I feel the good outweighs the bad at this company at least at the Burleson center

Exceedingly rigid leadership team that is disconnected from the actual day to day perspective of their employees. Too many policies to follow, company does not offer flexibility. Expectation to conform to ideas and practices that are neither sustainable nor beneficial to the employee or the client. Does not follow it's own core values.
