Toxic Culture

Pros

Individual contributors across the company are generally great. They're intelligent, kind, and easy to work with. Compensation is competitive.

Cons

Leadership is beyond awful. They don't trust their employees, love playing the blame game, and offer zero support or guidance. It's caused stress and burnout among the team. People are leaving left and right. I've even seen team members break down in tears during zoom calls. This place is hands down the most toxic workplace I've ever been in. And let's talk about diversity, or rather, the lack of it. It's mostly white folks around here, and they don't seem interested in doing anything about it.

Pros

Huffington’s name in your resume is never bad. Pay is good.

Cons

This is the most toxic work environment I have ever encountered. While the people who work here are lovely, there is direct bullying, and a negative culture that is created and fostered by management. Don’t plan on staying here for long if you join.

Good and bad, mostly bad

Pros

The introduction of new people and ideas is embraced, allowing for creative exploration and maintaining a vibrant workplace.

Cons

Regrettably, the current management situation seems to be overwhelmed, lacking a clear pathway to success. The organization has an inconsistent trajectory and often falls short of its ambitious goals, which raises concerns about its long-term success. The company's promotional system favors connections over merit, leading to frustration and disengagement among coworkers and hindering the acknowledgment of valuable contributions.
