Pros

Arianna Huffington as the face of the company gives us huge advantage to closing a deal. I'm sure our sales and csms are great, but nothing like a ceo connecting you to the top execs from the customer side to get them sign up with thrive. Capitalism networking and billionaires helping each other out sometimes make me cringe, but it pays the bills so I shouldn't feel so high and mighty about myself.

Cons

There's a reason why the entire leadership left more than a month ago and we will never know why. I think we need some seasoned leaders to fill in the gap in some pillars. It's funny how the top leaders get to fast track their promotion because somebody else quit. But engineers remain the same level and it's quite hard for them to be promoted unless they do some crazy mind blowing stuff in their work, but others don't need to go through the same level of expectations.

Pros

Working as customer success manager at Thrive has been an incredible experience for me. We recently gathered as a team in Boston and I feel so grateful for both my fellow Thrivers and the customers I have the privilege to support. It’s truly amazing to work at a company that aligns with my personal values.

Cons

It can be challenging to support exciting opportunities from customers in many different time zones - hiring more CSMs globally, and/ or a CSA in Europe, could allow us to scale even more broadly.
