Pros

The company is growing fast and the job is easy . Majority of the people are friendly.

Cons

We aren't a team they single out seasonal employees . Small breakroom. No grace period to clock in . No as safe as it should be more than 3 incidents in the past 3 months. High turn over

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take workplace safety seriously and are committed to maintaining a secure and supportive environment for all employees. We also recognize the importance of providing adequate facilities and are continuously evaluating ways to enhance the employee experience, including: Safety Enhancements: We’ve increased safety training, reinforced protocols for handling equipment, and added more on-site safety checks. Break room Improvements: We’ve recently expanded seating, added additional microwaves, and are exploring ways to improve break room space. Seasonal Team Integration: We’re working on better onboarding, mentorship programs, and clearer communication to help seasonal employees feel included. Grace Period Considerations: While punctuality is important, we’re reviewing our policies to balance operational needs with employee flexibility. Your insights have been shared with our team, and we welcome any additional feedback at reviews@thrivemarket.com. Best regards, Thrive Market Hanover Team

Pros

We only worked 3 days a week. It was close to home.

Cons

Sometimes we would go home because of no orders.

Pros

Some of the best pay you can get in this area for basic warehouse work, but not worth the headache of poor management and rampant favoritism..

Cons

Very high turnover rate due to high, unrealistic "per hour" demands. Ever changing flow of operations, leads don't communicate with each other, management is always hidden away in air conditioned offices while pickers and packers are slaving away. HR is a nightmare that doesn't care about the workers, but protecting the company at all costs. Multiple unsafe things happen that fly directly under the radar because no leadership is around to see it or stop it. People fly through the parking lot, which is a mess. Pickers and packers don't clean up after themselves. This place is really nothing worth checking out, trust me
