Multiple things are being rolled out at once, there is no freedom to make decisions when it comes to pay or schedule. We are constantly being pulled in 5 million directions but told to do more with minimal support. Our marketing department doesnt market, we need to, we cant change prices, we cant decide labor numbers. Yet if our clinic isnt doing well without support it is somehow our fault when things keep changing and our corporation does nothing to provide the clinics with real support.
