Pros

The company culture is great here. The majority of the employees are young and ambitious. It creates an excellent collaborative environment. Partner and broker channels allowed for the client-base to grow at a steady rate. Some emphasis on work-life balance and healthy initiatives.

Cons

Leadership was not transparent about new developments or future scope of the company. The majority of their mid- to upper-level job openings were given to outside hires; would rarely promote from within. Important decisions were often made without consulting the people or departments that would be the ones most affected by such changes.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience at ThrivePass doesn't meet your expectations. We recognize how important it is for employees to feel supported, respected, and heard. We’re always open to feedback and encourage team members to raise concerns in one-on-one meetings with their managers, or anonymously through our ongoing culture surveys. These channels help us identify opportunities to strengthen our processes, support our teams, and evolve our leadership practices. Regarding our unlimited PTO policy, we manage time off on a quarterly basis to ensure that our trust-based approach is applied equitably across the team. We never want employees to feel penalized for taking well-earned time away, and we’re actively working with managers to better communicate expectations and maintain consistency. We understand the complexity of the COBRA space and the challenges that can come with client-facing work. We’re currently reviewing our systems and processes in this area and are actively addressing some of the issues you've highlighted. Lastly, compensation is something we continually benchmark to remain competitive and fair. That said, we acknowledge that the role expectations and workload must align with salary, and we take feedback like this seriously as we evaluate both. We wish you all the best in any future endeavors and thank you again for your candid input—it helps us grow.
