Pros
Because the company is faith based and non for profit, they are exceedinly ethical. Their financial representatives are always acting in a fiduciary manner and thier clients all seemed very pleased with the service they get. Members are engaged and plug into the many customer benefits that Thrivent offers.
Cons
Don't have the most tech sauvy tools and the home office can be a bit slow at times.
