      Pros

      Management treats everyone with respect, keeps us informed, values the members and employees. There is a volunteer spirit; respectful environment; ethical attitude; community and service minded employees and employers; fun activities; healthy attitude; social activities; fitness center; challenging work.

      Cons

      if you struggle with sittling and working in cubicles and do not like some detail oriented work, the work itlsef can be boring sometimes. Such is the nature of insurance and finance work, that's life! The great staff and all the pros about the company (giving spirit, respectful, etc), make up for the down side though.

      They are very accommodating and the leaders are very respectful. They give interns ample opportunity for interns to make a difference

      Cons

      While they do their best to develop new financial products, a lot of the processes get bogged down because their is a bureaucratic element in the company

      Pros

      Great support staff. Excellent management. They truly want you to be successful. Pay you a salary while you get your licenses (Series 7 & 66). Work in a team environment. You are given 300 member households and 300 prospects to contact. These are warm members who have an interest in meeting you.

      Cons

      Cost of the job (office, supplies, technology, travel, etc.) Long hours during the first couples of years (60+ hours a week).
