Pros
The benefits are great, executive leadership is transparent with their goals and how Thrivent is doing overall. They are very interactive and take feedback seriously. Flexible work environment is a major plus! Management wants you to grow and they are easy to talk to.
Cons
Pay gaps between departments and lack of transparency of equal pay. Ability to hire all these new executive leaders but no room in the budget for competitive pay. Executive leadership is constantly being shifted around, this makes it difficult to keep track of who reports to who. No career pathing (yet) which makes it difficult to move up within the company.
