Pros

You own you own business

Cons

No support from management. Only thing management cared about was their own bottom line. If you did not produce enough you are out of there.

Pros

Benefit plan for employees is good

Cons

Lacking in change management and communication. Won't stick to a plan or direction long enough to get results before switching to something different. Waited too long to have offices closed from coronavirus. Culture and morale have gone to all time low.

Pros

The people are great that work there

Cons

Lack of direction, no longer promotes employee wellness, downsizing, doesn’t have as many perks as it used to, they don’t invest in their employees, secura and northwestern mutual recently invested in their employee health, upper management lacks leadership, no longer the company you want to work for, not diverse, pay contractors more than employees and overall loss their sense of what a Christian organization is.
