Lack of training, lack of support, horrible culture in the field, can only offer proprietary products for the most part, leadership is lacking greatly, and no brand recognition even though they try. They have a whole team at headquarters competing for business with field reps. Too much is put on reps shoulders to grow business from scratch. Nickel and dime you on every cost.
