Pros

Be your own boss Unlimited income potential Non-match employer 401K contribution that increases annually

Cons

Poor corporate leadership No base salary, be prepared to make $0 if you don't make a sale No income stability; they will change (ie decrease) your commission and trail compensation rates every single year then tell you that you can still make unlimited compensation if you'd just work harder This company only cares about sales Home office conflict with the sales force; you are not on the same team Minimal real/valuable support from managers once you're done with your first 8 weeks; they'll check in with you to make sure you're not quitting and to tell you to sell more "Make your own schedule" means you're on call 24/7

Pros

Gaining experience to take to a new job.

Cons

Management change in 2019 brought forth a vision that left the positives behind. Promoting itself as an ethical Christian company is a smoke screen and marketing tool.
