Pros

Strong values Strong products and services Financially stable company Generosity focused, not just because that have to be - 501c8

Cons

-Too vague in sharing of information when explaining why change across the organization is required (be more transparent about the why). -Help field reps learn more of a business owners’ mindset to better navigate the ups and downs of the business. -Provide options for more stable income in the first years as an advisor to allow some stability as a rep grows more into the role.

Pros

The company has been around a while, has a good mission, and a huge cash reserve.

Cons

Horrible Culture - They say they have good culture, but only if you mean the typical work culture of the 1950's. New people often leave as quick as they were hired. They've been trying to transform to a more modern way of doing things, however this is all lip service. When it comes down to it, people are very tribalist and protectionist of their own jobs.
