Pros

Overall I had a good experience there. They give you a book of business to start. Overall good company. The emphasis is on insurance but they are starting to branch out into managed accounts. They are still primarily an life insurance company.

Cons

The first few years are tough. You will not make a lot of money at first. Make sure you get a book that has not been run through by 5 new people who didnt make it. You can't feel weird about marketing through church events

Pros

Decent benefits and time off policy

Cons

Tries to maintain "Christian" workplace, but really just like any other. Salary on the lower side. Not all departments "the same."

Pros

Great ongoing training. Not for Profit allows you to feel good about what you do.

Cons

Commission less than competitors. After a few years, left on your own.
