Pros

Being a faith based organization, the company does things the right way. Throught out the economic downturn I feel strongly about the companies strength. This makes it easy to see your clients each week. They pay a commission advance for new hires and reimburse the costs of all testing.

Cons

I am unsure of the competiveness of the commission structure. It feels difficult to have the "big week" that is necessary to do things like pay your taxes or put a down payment on a car. I feel that when you have a couple poor weeks there can be a little over concern by the management about the reasons causing added pressure.

Pros

Christian Environment, Independent structure, It's usually very nice people we work with being a Christian market.

Cons

Commission only, Tend to give most time and attention to people the managers like, costs are high to maintain office, support staff, supplies. Even marketing material has to be purchased.
