Pros

The investment management of portfolios has a strong history. Their marketing spending has been impactful recently. There are some solid people in the company, although politics benefit remaining silent versus being willing to speak up.

Cons

This is a life insurance company. In order to have a sustainable business based on their grid payout you must sell life insurance regularly; no matter what your clients need.

Pros

Understanding and empathetic teammates Flexible work hours Encourages training/growth

Cons

Doesn't push your technical expertise While design team remains agnostic, the greater company is explicitly Christian, and caters specifically for Christian users. I felt less accepted as a result.
