      Tremendous turnover - complete lack of regard for training

      fraternal benefit organization; best interests of members at heart. Decent products and processes for members when trained to use them

      Cons

      Rely on computer training and sales desk for support. Very little support from local management. Very poor communication from supervisor and not well versed on product info.
