Pros

Positive work environment, room for growth, free coffee and lunch on Mondays. Continued education and sales training. Company paid for P&C licensing. Amazing benefits.

Cons

Only con was the pay! Low hourly rate and commission structure was not always realistic. Would not change conversion limits when call volume was lower.

Thrupoint doesn't exist anymore. They sold to Acuative

Excellent benefits. Lots of time off.

Cons

Thrupoint places consultants at clients offices and more or less forgets about them. Dont count on raises or new projects.
