Pros

Great company to work for. One of the best flight schools in MN and a very popular FBO known for excellent customer service and comfortable accommodations. Very willing to work with my personal schedule.

Cons

Pay is low, but that is typical for this line of business.

low pay not enough work, therefore not enough hours too many employees that are just sitting around or not working at all
