      Pros

      Used to be a silicon valley tech company that was good to work at.

      Cons

      Now that it's been bought out by Rovi, it's a patent troll that is just trying to pay the least to any of it's employees. That's why it employs talentless, no work ethic, less paid satellite employees who tries to do the least amount of work.

      The people were the only reason to stay.

      Cons

      Poor raises, constant layoffs, constantly cutting staff so they could hire upper management (also top-heavy upper management with overstretched employees).

      Good Salary, excellent employee events.

      Cons

      Spending out of control, seems like nobody is closely managing spending policies. (Before the Rovi merge that is).
