      Great technology in content discovery with combination of TiVo and Rovi. Glad to see positive momentum with recent results.

      1. Good work happening at very slow pace

      Cons

      1. Old people struck in late 90s practices 2. Work pace is slow and demotivating 3. During lay-offs younger lot is let go while people in 60s struggling to keep up with pace were retained 4. NO optimization in work, people are seen doing redoing work repeatedly
