      1. Work/Life balance. 2. Decent salary. 3. Lot of talent people around so you can have plenty of opportunities to learn. 4. Perks and company events. 5. Work is challenging. 6. Late evening free food.

      Cons

      1. Fragmented UI code. 2. Innovation is no more. 3. Lot of legacy and complex code. Difficult to maintain. 4. Lay offs. 5. Contractors are more.
