      Pros

      Good pay, work-life balance. The creative team was solid and had good chemistry. The product should be fun and lend itself to exciting marketing.

      Cons

      The former CEO, Tom Rogers, was angry, vindictive and short-sighted. He had no marketing vision and focused only on lawsuits.
