      TiVo is Surprisingly Dynamic

      Pros

      Good events, casual atmosphere. Sharp folks. TiVo product is pretty freaking cool, and cutting edge, even if you will inevitably get the "TiVo is still around?" from your friends and family.

      Cons

      Still have a building under construction so folks are a little cramped and it's hard to get a conference room.

      - Comp and benefits are pretty competitive with the tech industry - People are very nice and easy to work with - Amazing holiday/corporate events - New onsite cafeteria (subsidized but not free) - New onsite gym - Remodeled offices that are modern

      Cons

      Transition period after acquisition causes instability and inefficiencies within the organization. Will get better with time and a clearer direction for the business.
