      I work at Boston Tivo, working here is a once in a lifetime opportunity... Great team sprit, wonderful work environment, very supportive management, friendly atmosphere, and free lunch and breakfast weekly a day, free parking, unlimited holidays, flexible hours, great medical coverage and other perks...above all , getting to learn a lot while working here is the great advantage

      Decent benefits and work-life balance.

      Cons

      Lots of "personnel changes" since the Rovi -TiVo merger. Senior management is often not straight with employees about what's going on. Little accountability for senior management's actions. Employees are just numbered cogs and not valued despite lip service. If you do not have friends in senior management watch your back.
