Some good, some bad, overall wouldn't suggest someone work there.
Pros
Compensation was decent, the amount of hours you can get is good (more on this later), and the job was relatively easy, just cleaning cars. They do have a passion on being the best car wash business in the area.
Cons
The job is much more physically demanding than it seems on the surface. The focus on unlimited club plans is absolutely ridiculous. Most customers just wanted a car wash, not to try to be sold additional services such as unlimited car washes. Management at training would basically critique every move you made, from semantics when talking to the customer, to the way you held a brush when washing a car, focusing more on speed than quality. The management would also treat new employees like they're nothing, Overworking employees working 11.5-12 hours a day in some instances is possible. The location I worked at scheduled me 11.5-12 hours a day for the first week or so, causing work life balance to be nothing. It's all work, no life.
