Policies are always changing.
Micromanaging to extremes, you will be watched by cameras and scored daily by an office of bias fat- phobic old ladies. Not to mention your site leader texting you constantly to make membership sales even with no customer interest.
Don't call in sick or need time off because it's not gonna happen.
Rotating staff constantly because you'll be working in all weather and told not to close when there's a tornado, blizzard, snowed into your driveway, emergency weather alerts etc. And if you make a fuss or quote the laws protecting you you'll be phased out immediately.
Site leaders only care about memberships and hitting high performance so they can get their new Tesla they were promised.
Expectations from corporate are insane and unattainable with things constantly being changed and differing answers from higher ups.
"Make the customer feel stupid for not signing up"
"Even if we did damage it we have video of them drying their car every visit with a towel so they can't prove it"
"They are too dirty to wash"
Company tells us not to power wash vehicles are do wheel wheels but advertise and train with the motto 'perfectly clean car' but have no intention of upholding it by having better systems in place.
Oh and there's nobody watching the cars go though to prevent damage or catch retraction that might be missed. But there's someone watching to write you up on if your shirt is fully tucked or your pants are black enough or long enough.
